I have been using blue iris for a few years without any problems, even upgrading to BI4 seamlessly.
I have not updated the BI app on my phone in some time, but I just reset my tablet and installed the newest version of the app.. The one that asks for 10 digits of the license code before allowing you to connect to the server. No problem, I put that in but it says it cannot reach the remote server.
It works just fine via LAN, but not remotely. The BI app on my phone still works with both LAN/WAN, and I can access the BI web server on my tablet via browser.. But this new problem has become rather annoying, especially since I'm using the same settings I've always used.
I own several BI licenses and I've made sure to enter the correct one for that server. I've never seen the app ask for this before, and the only thing I can think of is that it's contacting BI central servers to verify the license key but it wants the 2nd key, the one *not* for that particular server.
I will post version numbers and configs, but just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced/solved this problem first.
