Worked great!. Stopped my CPU climb dead in it's tracks.
I had fought the same issue before but i had forgotten the solution. Thanks for posting the detailed instructions and link, it saved me a bunch of digging around
I did get stuck for a minute on one step. see added steps below. I'm sure everyone on here can figure it out, but maybe it will save someone else some confusion.

- Point to the "Graphics" sub-folder
- Select file labeled "igdlh64" and click "Open"
- Select "OK"
- Select the Intel® Iris™ Plus Graphics 650 Driver found in the extracted zip file
