BI Tools backup not working

I backed up my BIT settings before migrating BI to a new PC. I got BI up and running and imported its saved settings so my cameras are working. However, as for BIT, I see no way to import my saved prior settings so does that mean I have to relearn how to set everything up again in BIT? Weather overlays, email messaging, etc. :-(

the backup file is a "settings" file...simply use it to overwrite the settings file in your BIT folder
