Fenderman if you say you never had a problem with any of your 10+ system, then yes your a liar.
Again, you are attacking me without any direct knowledge. I have NEVER had a problem related to buggy blue iris releases. You know why? I dont have auto update checked and I wait. I am not saying that some blue iris releases were not buggy. What I am saying is that I do the prudent thing and WAIT. I dont act like a teenage kid who needs the LATEST updates. I can wait a week or a few months.
I have two non critical test systems that I install updates on shortly after release. I dont have problems. Let me put this into perspective for you. Blue iris has at least 10,000 users probably a lot more. So if 5 people come here after an update and report an issue that is statistically insignificant. You are completely over exaggerating the "bugs"...again i think its time for you to move on to another vms, if you are having all these problems. Likely, though its user error.
You make it seem as though there are more problems with blue iris than other vms software which is a baseless assertion.

You need to understand that folks come here for support, so obviously there will be reports of problems.
The four keys to a trouble free blue iris system are.
1) CLEAN windows install - no in place upgrades, no bloatware.
2) Ensure that the PC hardware is adequate for your load. You dont want a pc to be running at 80-90% load.
3) Dont use the system for ANY other purpose other than VMS.
4) DO NOT UPDATE until .3-4 version of a new release.
If you follow these rules you too can achieve blue iris nirvana with systems that are super stable.
If you follow these
