BI vs WebGUI image quality

I have a new Dahua camera that looks bad in BI but great in the webgui. What could be causing this? What do I do to fix it?

1) What is the model of the camera
2) is the BI picture a Live view in full frame or is it a recording ?
3) is picture in the BI console or is it in the UI3 ?
4) Are both pictures on the same monitor ?
5) What version of BI ?
6) What CPU are you using for BI.
7) Are you using hardware acceleration in the processing ?

Post two recording one for BI and one from the camera. Static pictures may not show the problem.
