You can update remotely via Team Viewer, RDP or any other remote tool, but it's a manual update.
1, Open a web browser and visit Updates - Blue Iris Software
2. Download and save the applicable update (64bit or 32bit)
3. Once downloaded open\run and install the update as you would any other program you have downloaded
Then BI updates will continue as normal.

First the certificate is/was valid from 3/20 to 3/21.
Second, what passwords or credit cards are you sending to the website? None. Its doesnt even need to be secured.

Just an update,

Deleted the Root certificatation cache via command prompt.

certutil -urlcache CRL delete
certutil -urlcache OCSP delete

Try another browser. The site works fine in chrome and edge across 2 of my pc's.

I have tried that, it works on the desktop computer but not on the server so I have isolated it to the server. Not sure if it's because it's a server OS. I'm going to delete the root CA and then restart.
