bidens incredible transition to electric cars

'I haven't noticed a lot of EV hating on this thread, just resentment over how they're being forced on society'

This! I never said I hated EV's....MOF...I think they are really interesting, and certainly another step in the logical progression of transportation. However, I DO NOT like how the Bidet Admin has force fed this shit down our throats! Not everyone can afford a Tesla or whatever.

You make the price more affordable, more cost effective for replaceable batteries etc, I will take a hard look at them. Until then.....pfffft.

But progress is good and I am glad we are going in that direction.

Biden is on his way out. With Elon backing Trump, he will not do something to hurt Tesla.

But China already has a lot of Model Y rivals and it already costs $19k. But with Trump intending to put 200% tarrif on Chinese EV, it will be a while before we will see affordable EVs. Below the more efficient slightly bigger rival that can even swap batteries and it only costs $19k compared to the Tesla Model Y which is also made in china costs $35k in China itself.

And Iron only makes 0.005% of the human body. Quit all Iron intake, or double it and let me know how you do

The percentage of it in the atmosphere has no correlation with the amount of impact it has

Thanks, haha, still confused...read till the end...doesn't sound that alarming to me...but what do I know...

If planet getting warmer and warmer and entering a feedback loop of warming doesn't sound alarming, then I don't know what is

Haven't experienced any of that myself. Been here on this earth for over 6 decades. Summers are not worse than anytime in my life, nor Winters. You want hot, the 80s was hot. But 60+ years is a small amount of time/data from me so again what do I know.

Since we have moved out to the country, ranch and farm land, we have had the pleasure of listening/meeting farmers/ranchers with over a century of family experience, well back to middle to late 1800s. Fascinating knowledge from these folks. Some from Dustbowl times even, to hear of the struggles they have all went through to get to where they are now. Droughts, bad crop, diseased live stock. But one thing we are hearing them all say, living is so much easier now. Ranching is good, except for the inflated prices, crops are plentiful (there are good and bad years), nothing has changed...they don't get it either...nor does the Farmer's Almanac, which has really been spot-on all these years.

We moved here summer of 2023 into a drought, we lost a few trees, pond was down a foot, lost a few flowered plants, anyway, had a lady at a nursery in Spring of 2024 tells us we are going to experience a wet summer, we looked at her like, What? We asked how she knew, Almanac, she said. Ok, well I will be darn, sure enough, this was not just a wet summer but a very wet summer. Our pond stayed full, plants all look great, everything stayed green all summer, never watered our yard once last in 2024.

I know we are just a small speck on this planet, so what do us folks who have experienced know compared to the so called experts? Still don't get it, LOL...

NASA can't get a rocket launched without cost over runs. Without
the "Climate Change Religion" and manufacturing of empirical data
to fit the narrative, they would be out of jobs.
