BIG Owl on my Trail

First (and only?) coyote pup of 2026:



I normally see pups earlier, and usually a litter of 3-5, and once as many as 7.

So maybe they're having a tough year, or maybe she's been taking them on a different route.

Unloading this 525 lb. log splitter was an adventure!



No one could have predicted how this would end, well, except everyone :rofl:

Don't ever ask me to engineer a ramp, nor design an unloading procedure

You could use a trailer hitch on that truck with a ball that fits the splitter. :cool:

Max towing speed on that splitter is 45 mph, and it was an hour away by freeway. But yes, for local service visits &c, I can tow it. Now I just have to get a hitch installed on my own car.
