Woo, my god, so fast, you are the No.1 in the world get the black color HDW5231R-ZE, share us some good pics when you hang it.I just got this delivered from Andy yesterday, and what a great experience! Shipped on a Friday, and was in my hands on Monday. The camera is BEAUTIFUL. My house is all natural cedar, and it has weathered to a dark chocolate brown color. White would stand out like a sore thumb, in fact, I have a wireless Arlo camera (junk for my needs), that I purchased a black rubber skin for to make that one black. I was going to plasti-dip spray any white camera that I bought, but this saved me the effort.
By the way, compared to the system of dome cams in my office, this one is a tank. Solid metal. Can’t wait to get it running. Thanks again Andy!
PS DATE OF MANUFACTURE IS OCTOBER 2018, which is THIS MONTH. Can’t get better than that!
Will do!Woo, my god, so fast, you are the No.1 in the world get the black color HDW5231R-ZE, share us some good pics when you hang it.
Now you need to plasti-dip that light!
WOO, very nice, seems better no dahua logo, haha, then totally black. Not that the photos are great but figured I'd send a little sample of what I got.

Did you do the install? Was it hard to get the wires to the end of the soffits? They installed the lights prior to me getting to choose the color that I wanted but when you see the entire house the white doesn't look as bad as it does zoomed into it like that. heh

You just have to cut a few holes in the drywall in walls that line up between levels. It's not that bad in most cases. That was very smart. Especially the attic to basement conduit. it's a nightmare for me to get to the attic from the basement.
