Hi, I just got a new 16 Channels Q-SEE DVR model#QT5716-1 with (9) Xsecu 960H/800TVL Bullet Outdoor Cameras and they are all working fine with the Q-SEE web-base viewer but my issue is that I'm not able to pull any video stream from channels 9 and above. I moved my camera from channel 9 to channel 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and still no video. Any Idea why BI is only able to pull up to camera #8 and nothing beyond?
note: I had try also with BI 4 but I got the same results.
