blue iris alerts not respecting profiles and schedules

Hello,

maybe I don't have this set up properly
I have my schedule set up as such, ACTIVE is from 9PM until 6AM M-F, and all of saturday/sunday.
WORK HOURS is 6am-9pm M-F.

This is a global schedule, I've also tried doing the same setting on the camera with "over ride global" selected.

the "alerts" tab is set to email for active, and do nothing for work hours.

End result I'd like is that it emails alerts during night/weekends, and does not email alerts during work hours.

I'm finding it emails alerts all the time.

Is the "active" profile special in that it doesn't work the way I expect it to? Or is something else set up wrong? Blueiris server has time set correctly. Camera may or may not, I haven't checked.

Are you certain the profiles are actually changing?
I have no idea! how do I check?

Did you accidentally set the profile to hold? You can also try select fire when "never"
I don't think I set the profile to "hold" but I'm not sure where that setting would be.

If I select fire when "never" will it not mark movement alerts during the WORK HOURS profile?

HA i think I found it. the "ACTIVE" profile was set to override schedule, as per the little screen clip below (I've fixed it in the screenshot)
