Blue Iris blocked

B. I. has been working well on my PC for years. Today the PC reset itself and when I restarted B. I. I got the message:
"This App has been blocked for your protection.
An administrator has blocked you from running this App.
For more information contact the Administrator."
Please help.

just got home starting my computer and clicked on Blue Iris icon and got this

I suspect this is happening to many people using MS Windows.
