Just let it delete based on storage and overwrite the oldest files. Save about 10% of the capacity to allow overwrite to occur.

I would take 299GB from alerts and add it to New. I have 1GB for alerts and they go back months. All that is in alerts are images, so 1GB is a lot of images.

Use the Windows snipping tool, much better resolution than a cell phone.

Click the Windows icon on the bottom left. Scroll down to Windows Accessories. Scroll down to Snipping Tool. Click on Snipping Tool. I keep it on the task bar to save time and scrolling.
