3)What is your CPU and Memory size ?
4)What is your harddisk and ssd configuration ?

5)Provide a screen shot of the BI system status clip archive screen.
6)provide a complete screen shot of both error 1000 and 1001 with general and detail
7) Look at the S.M.A.R.T on all your disks
8) are you using any network drive, NAS ?

Shut BI down and run chkdsk on all disks with the read qualifier /R, this will take some time.

8. No NAS

I can't run chkdsk /r on RAID5 or from my knowledge I shouldn't at all. Chkdsk on SSD is unnecessary but i ran it anyway. I couldn't find the log in the event viewer like there's nothing at all.

A side note, nothing to do with the problem.
I am not a big fan of raids for the video files. A raid doubles the amount of writes for a drive system. A raid is a major PIA to recover from a failure, your system may be down for a day trying to recover.

For increase reliability use the three drives and split your cameras across the three drives. So 1/3 of your cameras are recording on each drive. So it a drive fails you loose only 1/3 of your camera data.

What version of the Visual C library files do you have installed?

The exception code translates to an Access denied violation, ntdll.dll provides references to the Visual C library files.

I would try shutting down BI, so stop the BI service, uninstall the library files you have, then download the latest library bundle and install that and then do a restart.

Did you install the windows 10 from the Microsoft Media Creation tool ? If not you need to do a clean install, not an install from a vendor or a CD.
