Blue Iris Detecting Actions? And UI3

I’m brand new to Blue Iris, and looking forward to getting everything setup. One question I have - does BlueIris have the ability to support the detection of an action and alert on that? IE: Could I record a black car pulling in to the driveway, and tell BlueIris to alert me when that action (black car pulling in to the driveway) happens again?

Also, is there something I need to do in order to enable the web interface? It doesn’t seem to work when I navigate to
