Blue Iris does not put came back to auto if manually trigger day/night

On all Hik cams, if I start messing around with the ir on/off from BI, the camera get stuck at the position. There's no way to put the camera back to auto w/o logging in and switching it.

Is this a known issue or am I missing something?

you have to hold the IR button down, it will go to auto mode and display a small green A.
