I will go through the steps indicated by @looney2ns in the documentation. hopefully I can find something here that will solve the problem I use the latest V5.3.15

My CPU usage decreased enormously as a result and the computer is now more stable and can now log in again. So solved for me. Thanks Reactions: looney2ns
