Blue iris get stuck

Every two days Blue Iris gets stuck on windows 10.

Can no longer log in from the iphone pp.

Never had this problem before. Has been like this for the last 2 months and can't find the problem.

Anyone experienced this?
 
is it stuck only on the apple app or is it stuck on the BI console and on a local network with UI3 ?

What version of BI ?

What is the CPU and memory of your BI PC ?
 
It crashes on windows 10, after trying to log in with the app of Blue Irus I notice that I can't anymore, it turned out that the software has crashed.

I will go through the steps indicated by @looney2ns in the documentation.

hopefully I can find something here that will solve the problem
I use the latest V5.3.15
 
Does the crash happen when the APP and the BI PC are on the home network together ? Not using your cell network, Use the wifi ,
 
It happened on both wifi and 4G.
After I had adjusted the settings such as looney2ns indicated in his explanation the problem was solved.
My CPU usage decreased enormously as a result and the computer is now more stable and can now log in again.

So solved for me. Thanks
