Hey guys I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have looked all over the forums and have not found anything about this problem. I have been using Blue Iris for about a month. Something happened and now my main video screen (Where I would normally see my video feeds is blacked out I have no video feeds at all. I still get triggers and recordings from my cameras but no video feeds. If I go into my camera setting I can see the feed but it does not show up on my main screen. I am running 5.3.0.3 X64. Everything worked fine in the beginning but now I have no video feeds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Blue Iris multiple times with no luck. I'm getting ready to pull my hair out trying to get this software to work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try clicking the Greyed out circle with the 1 in it. My 1 is highlighted in green. yours is grey. thats one difference i see.

Maybe right click the blackened area where cams should be, and see if anything unusual is ticked in the menu list.

^And the pulldown menu next to that 1 doesn't show anything - it should be showing "all cameras" in that grey area

I see two instances of Blue iris in the task bar. is one a shortcut placed in the Taskbar? and one the program running?

My best guess is that the cameras all got moved into a separate frame which is behind the main Blue Iris window. Or maybe minimized. I'm not sure it is possible to minimize separate camera frames.

The 2nd BI is the online help manual. Nothing happens when I click on the items. How would I get the moved cameras back on to the BI window?

Like @wittaj stated, you do not have any groups selected. The grey pull down on the top right with the 9 dots on it. Select it and pick a cam group.

Right click in the area where the cameras are supposed to be and make sure they are not all hidden.

I don't know why you do not have an All-Cameras group. But select the Show hidden cameras on that menue.

It looks like your "All cameras" group is actually gone somehow. No idea how that could be. When you uninstalled BI before, did you let it clear the settings? Something got messed up in your settings somehow and the most dependable way to fix it would be to wipe out the settings and start over.

Have you tried shutting down BI and restarting it?

I did fix the NAS problem but still no video feeds. Also I am unable to change the setup from 1:9 or the 1-up setting. I click on it, and it will not change the setting.
