I purchased a "Dell Optiplex 7010 i5 Quad Core 3.30GHz 8GB 500GB DVD+RW Windows 7 Pro 64bit" for my BI installation. The computer came from a technical college and was cleaned very well. This is the third computer I have installed BI on. My camera/BI combination worked on the other two but this one comes up "PTZCam: No signal". Could the college make some setting to the computer that could cause that?
