Blue iris News and Updates Popup - make it stop

Lately the Blue Iris News and Update popup window has been appearing in the middle of my screen, blocking a large amount of my camera views. I have to go to a remote location to dismiss the popup. I don't recall this happening in the past, or if it did it was very infrequent. This popup has occurred at least 3 times in the last couple of weeks. Update notification shouldn't be so big that it blocks camera views.

How do I stop this popup? Thanks.

Under BI Settings (gear icon) > Software Update and support > tell it no update prompts

Thanks, for some reason I read that as meaning no updates at all. Just glossed over it.
