Been running the latest version solid for the last few weeks and woke up to lots of disk space alerts. Blue Iris PC is setup like the following:

1) BI_Storage E: Drive 2 TB internal Disk
2) BI_Storage2 D: Drive 6 TB internal Disk

Both disks are setup to leave about 10% space available on disk until they archive to my NAS. Both drive archive to the same NAS, BTW. Here is a small snapshot of the log:

You can see that most of the time, Blue Iris just moved 1 or 2 files from BI_Storage2 to my NAS and the disk space continues to run out until the disk is full. This apparently went on for a few days since BI_Storage2 is setup to leave around 400 to 500GB of free space. The BI_Storage location continued to work fine for some reason, even though both drives archive to the same location. I'm rebuilding the database now which will most likely fix the problem, but I don't understand why this happens in the first place?

you do not have the allocation set correctly.

Please provide a screen shots. full frame (use windows 10 snip & sketch tool)

1) Blue iris status (lighting bolt graph, upper left corner) clip storage tab
2) blue Iris status cameras tab
3) Blue iris settings clips and archiving tab , for the NEW folder, stored folder, alerts folder. (three screen shots)
4) on two of the camera properties the record tab. One each for bI_storage and Bi_storage2

Somehow my BI_Storage2 allocated space was set to 5600GB which is too much, you are right. Not sure why that was set that way, but I lowered it to 4950GB (6 TB drive) and now BI is archiving files from that disk.
