I have Blue Iris set up to send email alerts that include a snapshot jpg and a 10 second mp4 video. I'm getting the email with the jpg snapshot and a mp4 video, but the video is only 1 second long, if that. I have the system set to record on trigger (motion) and keep recording until there is no motion for at least 10 seconds. So, I should be receiving at least a 10 second video. My settings are below. Anyone know where I should look to fix this?

Have no idea if this has any affect, but correct the time input for "Jpeg snapshot each". Too many digits.

It actually defaults to that. If I type 0:02 it will automatically change to 0:02.0 when I hit "ok"

It does not seem to be that.
My iframes are now set to the same as my fps.

Using HikVision 2335 and 2355 models.
The attached mp4 file in the mail is only 1kb.

Have tried different settings but no luck yet.
