Hi been struggling for hours now and cannot get a connection between the two unless I am on the identical wifi network (not even a different internal network). That's PC wireless to modem to cam only on the same network (e.g. 5G-guest works but not 5G or 2.4G). What I'm aiming for is PC to modem via ethernet modem to camera wireless -- but not even wireless to wireless different channel works. Been inside the modem settings do not see anything obvious, switched off the firewall in windows, no luck, been inside the camera admin panel fiddled there nothing, even spoke to amcrest 'tech support' didn't seem to know much other than to use P2P and the s/n (which does work) but I don't want to use that.
Any ideas or suggestions, seems like one setting is blocking everything everywhere which I simply cannot find.
