What are some things that would make Blue Iris even better?

1. Alerts by object type (cars, people, other).
2. Built in support for sub streams. If viewing a single cam, you might want 1080p detail, and it's efficient to record 1080p direct to disk. However it's very inefficient to scale down 1080p for preview or remote viewing.
3. Improvements to the Android app to make it automatically reconnect more reliably when wall mounted.
4. License plate recognition/database.
5. Faster playback seeking.

2, blue iris allows you to adjust the remote stream for viewing...you can have 3 profiles....the load is minimal...
4, lpr is always an add on expense because of licensing and patents...
5, its crazy fast, ensure your system is not maxing out and using an ssd for OS, BI and the database, ensures top speed..its a pc and hard disk issue...
also note that the developer does not read this forum..email support for any requests.
