I noticed when using the date picker and selecting "Today", it seems to default to yesterday's date. Is this normal?

That is not normal. I've never seen that happen.

Well, I closed out the browser window and re-opened, now it's good.

Is there anyway to force the auto-maximize option to 'on' through a URL parameter. Have a rather annoying set-up (iPad through home assistant through iframe through....) that doesn't remember any settings, log-in info etc upon browser restart.

EDIT: Hmmm doesn't remember idle-timeout either so disconnects too - problem for wall mounted iPad. Might have to rethink this...

Genius! I was already using some overrides so not quite sure why I went looking down the URL parameters route...

We use UI3 on a wall mounted touch monitor and the usability of UI3 on the touch device isn't very comfortable.
Does somebody have any tips to optimize?

UI Settings > Preferred UI Scale > Large.

Somehow I've set clips to run in reverse and I can't seem to get them switched back to forward. BI console runs normally.

I'm sorry you feel that way. You must hate most mobile apps and websites then.

As you know, mouse over isn’t very useful and comfortable on a touch device.
I like UI3 when using a PC, but Not a touch device.

I use UI3 on my Samsung phone all the time. No problems with touch screen operation there.

For me, using the slider to fast forward or rewind is a crap while using the clips. Normal use is ok. But scrolling to a specific time is everytime a challenge due to the mouse over menu.
