From the 5.9.9.15 help file. I still wouldn't call the layout settings intuitive, but this does offer some additional control.

Thanks for the heads up. I installed 5.9.9.18 this morning and it is running fine. I don’t run it as a service. Or maybe Ken overwrote the release with a new version?

Not sure what changed, but I just tried it again and it seems to be working now.

Is there anyone on this thread who does setup consulting and wouldn't charge more than $100-$150?

I'm about to dump BI entirely and checkout alternatives.
