Blue Iris Version 5.0.7.3 Update - No Longer Starts

Today I updated to Version 5.0.7.3 and now Blue Iris will not start. It seems to be caught in a sort of loop.

The boot logo shows up, then disappears and then it will reappear. Like its starting and crashing and restarting itself (Perhaps BI Tools is restarting it?).

Using BI Tools I reinstalled the previous update and now it seems to work fine.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
