The first Ethernet adapter should only have 1 IP address. You have 2 - 192.168.1.x and then 192.168.55.x address. This may be leading to some of the confusion. The 2nd NIC should be on 192.168.55.x with no default gateway configured. This will be dedicated to camera access. The BI UI interface should then be bound to the 192.168.1.x address so that it can be accessed from the rest of your network and the BI PC can also have access to internet as well.
On the BI machine the first adapter is on manual while adapter 2 is on auto and being used for internet access on the BI machine. If I understand correctly, either 192.168.1.50 or 192.168.55.10 should be removed from the manual BI NIC. Which one? Note: The reason for two IP address is the instructions require that need. Are they not correct, as not sure at this point.

Then adapter 2, the 2nd NIC in the BI machine should be changed from auto to manual setup with an IP address of 192.168.55.10 with no gateway. Would this not remove internet access from the BI machine which is now present?
