So a few days ago I noticed clips/alerts were not being saved anymore. The iOS app worked, desktop client worked, but nothing was being saved. I looked at the BI settings and somehow the clip/alert folder was changed to the G: drive and the E: Drive. this computer has C: and D:, no G: or E:. I was puzzled. I was getting alert/error messages saying "disk not ready".
So I changed the settings back to the D: drive. Its been a while since I set up BI or really looked at the desktop client because it was just working.
What is the optimal way to set up alerts/clips? I basically have exterior cameras recording 24/7 and my interior cameras only record when the profile gets changed to setting #3 (this is controlled via a home automation system).
I see on the bottom of the desktop client in red "!! D: -4.62T, C: +26.0G" - assuming that means 4+ TB on the D drive and 26 G on the C Drive. I want this all to be on the D Drive as you can see, its much larger. Does this mean it is set up correct?
I am not getting those "disk not ready" notices (likely because I Switched drives) but I am getting "Delete: Nothing to do" messages - why would it be deleting if I still have tons of storage space left? Why did my settings get all wacky after running stable for a solid 2+ years?
Thanks!
