Blue Iris won't record consistently

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out why one of my three Blue Iris setups won't record consistently. I have two other Blue Iris systems and they work fine, the video is archived to the stored folder after a 7 days and it saves months of data until the hard drive is full then it recycles the oldest clips. The newest BI seems to be setup the same way but will at best record 2 weeks and even then it's spotty. The harddrive has 17GB used of 1TB. I opened a working one and the one with fault and took screen shots below of both configurations for a side by side comparison.

Post am image of the stored folder setting for the new system.
Also (not related) set the pretrigger frames to at least 2 seconds.

Thank you for the reply. Where is the stored folder settings located? I Updated the pre-trigger setting as suggested.
