Blurry in day time - DFI6416S (DS2342 rebrand)

I use Synology Surveillance Station for 2 Hik cameras. One camera (DS2332) has a clear image during daytime, the other (DS2342 rebrand) has the above looking image. I can't figure out how to remove the blurry/streaky image. The problem camera settings are:
Exposure: 1/60
Gain 100
DNR ON @ 100
Resolution: 1920x1080
Frame Rate: 25
Bit rate: 8192
I Frame: 50
Firmware: 5.3.3 build 151028

Has anyone else solved this issue?

x2, for cars in motion by set it to 25-33%.. most I ever use is 50% and thats if it has no fast moving objects to worry about.. in the daytime you can basically shut it off as its most beneficial at night, presuming your using separate day/night profiles.

depending on how fast that car is moving tho, you might not get really crisp image until you bump up the shutter speed 2-4x.. looks like an alley so hopefully people are slow.

I'll turn off DNR and see what that does. It is an alley (in Denver!), and speeds are low.
