Box of Lorex Cameras

I have about 7 Lorex 4K Cameras and I wondered if I could use them on another vendors NVR? Any idea if that is possible and what configuration to use to make them work?

ONVIF on Hikvision NVRs works OK with the (unspecified) Lorex cameras I've used.

Lorex is rebranded Dahua and Dahua makes Amcrest among others and would work as well.

Most Lorex IP Cameras are Dahua OEM .. iirc they had a few models from another OEM
