Bricked Hikvision DS-7204HQHI-K1 - UBOOT BRICK

Hi, I've bought 2 dvr form ebay, one did not start other has passsword. With help form here I've changed firmware and now it its clean.
Other have more serious problem.
After power ON, it shows

I think problem is in Uboot loader... do you think it could be fixed by TTL or other NO soldering way

Have someone had same issue ??

If you can't get a working bootloader there are not many options.
At a lower level ther may be the fastboot facility - but that may not exist and would need knowledge and possible mods to the board hardware.

How repeatable is the detail in the abort trace? If it's the same each time, it may be corrupted flash data.

If the problem is caused by corrupted data in the flash chip, as opposed another hardware fault -
One possible route might be to check out the flash chip and if it is an SOP-8 or SOP-16 type of package an in-situ re-flash might work.
This would need a suitable 'test clip' for the part number, and a flash programmer, both of which cost very little.
It would take time though.
One out of 2 isn't bad, depending on what you paid for them.
