Bricked old Hik 2CD 2032

I have a 2CD-2032 that has been fine for a long while but I managed to brick it by doing the wrong upgrade.

I've used the TFTP utility apparently successfully ( I get the message Update successful) but I still can't access the camera.

Any idea where I can get the correct firmware for this age camera

The date stamp is 09/2013 and the SV is V5.0.2

Presumably the password resets to admin when you carry out this type of upgrade?

The default password is 12345 the user name is admin
