Bricked

Hello Friends

I have NVR from XMEYE (Xiongmai), the model no :NBD8008T-Q and Now unfortunately it become bricked or block out (no sign of display or gui ) . I had attached the picture of NVR pcb (motherboard) below and i need to find out rs232 pin on it .so that i can install firmware using TFTP .

Please help me

I'd guess at CN22 - the 3 pads at the bottom right hand corner of the processor heatsink.

I obtain 5v while check through Voltmeter instead most of rs232 pin will be give around 3v
