Bug Reporting?

What is the best avenue for reporting potential bug issues? I have found what I believe to be a bug with the MQTT server configuration. I put all of my credentials in and hit test and it just periodically says Disconnected OK, and it is stuck in this mode. I cannot cancel and it doesn't appear that it is going to complete on its own. I believe the only way out of this is to close BlueIris down.

Edit: This is the most current release of V5, Release 5.0.6.9

Any updates on this. I see this on my setup as well when just recently trying to setup MQTT.
