Buying from Chinese supplier - advice

I would like to buy a camera and a managed PoE switch directly from China. I need a EU mains plug.

I have absolutely no experience with Chinese e-shops (I would buy via AliBaba).

Can you give me some advice on suppliers, and most of all, on to be avoided pitfalls ?

Xinray for cameras, not sure about a managed POE switch.

A lot of off lease cisco 3750 managed switches that offer POE and in my area off Kijiji for about 90cad

Do not buy managed poe switches from china...they are cheap enough here.
