Is this something you would call the cops over? Part of me thinks that I don't care what they do. But what happens when they all fall off and their kids end up dead?

I wouldn't. That's pretty darn tame. For comparison, I can watch my neighbor rolling down the street in his tractor with passengers in the front scoop just going for a joy ride. That's when my wife and I talk about our "uncommon" sense, since there is no chance we'd ever be doing something like that. We've never called on that and the sheriffs wouldn't even bother coming anyway...

You call the police for people flicking boogies in your yard :p and the police show up, so it seems appropriate given that was now an illegal vehicle on the road...is it legal to ride without helmets there?

But yeah, in lots of areas the police wouldn't even respond to a call for something like that. You must have photos on the mayor or something since they come out every time you call LOL. I tend to only call for things folks have done that has damaged neighbors properties...well actually I give the CD to the neighbor and let them decide what to do with it.

People still use CDs? Darn, it's been years since I burned a CD! I usually grab a USB memory stick. :p

I have some old neighbors LOL. And the police won't take a USB flash drive. Either CD or a link to a Google Drive or dropbox type platform.

I would not call. You are interfering with Darwin. This guy and likely his progeny are idiots. If they die or injured in a bike accident, they will likely only hurt themselves. If they live and do dumb shit in a car, with a gun, etc, they will likely take others down with them.

If you called me for this I'd politely laugh and tell you I have more important issues to deal with.

Don't get me wrong, I still buy and use CDs (and DVDs, whatever is in the color I'm wanting at the time). They make fantastic wind spinners. I've got... 10 or so designs that I make. Here's one...

But, heck my CD/DVD burners are probably so full of dust, I'd have to take them out to the garage and blow them out. :p

You can call the department of child services or whatever it’s called in your state, if you know the kids or their parents. They probably would not take action.

In Connecticut, they would be more worried about the kids not wearing masks.

There, they do what must be done. Completely different from our society.... I couldn't give a damn if they don't have helmets on. Now, no plates, no license, that's a different story...but still, the police are not going to do anything. CPS....maybe.

Don’t travel to South East Asia then.

America is becoming, or has become a leftist sue hungry police state.
