I have recently purchased and installed a FLIR DNR500 Series 16 channel NVR.
I purchased it with 4 of the N133ED cameras. I have also subsequently added 2 more of the same camera.
I would like to add a few more cameras for different applications. For example: indoor (smaller and less conspicuous), outdoor PTZ, doorbell (no existing network cabling and not easy to get to).
I would like to look at some other brands, but I am not sure what specs I need to make sure that they are compatible with the NVR.
All of the current cameras are POE and wired directly to the NVR, but I have some places I would like to add a camera that do not have existing wiring.
Are there wireless options that would work with this NVR?
I thought this would be a little easier to choose, but there seems to be alot of terminology and specs, but I am not sure which ones are the important ones.
