Camera connected to Hik-Connect but offline with my NVR

Hi guys,

Long story short, I had a Hikvision camera (the DS-2CD2346G2-ISU/SL) connected to a Hik NVR ( the DS-7604NXI-K1 / 4P) and I've recently moved to the Ajax platform with is waaaaay easier (at least for me) to use.

Since then, I can see my camera up and running in my HikConnect app on my iPhone, but nothing when I connect to my NVR.
It keeps showing it "offline".

I'm a bit lost so any valuable help would be moooore than welcome !

Can you view the camera on a monitor connected to the NVR or by hitting the NVR's webGUI using it's LAN IP in a browser opened on a PC connected to the same LAN as the NVR's LAN?

Many thanks for your input. I can see the camera connected to the LAN on which my Mac is connected. The NVR is connected to the same LAN and my computer can access it too. The main issue is that the NVR sees the camera but says it’s offline

Also , the Hik’s video feed is being recorded on an Ajax NVR.
Do you think it could be recorded simultaneously as well on the Hik nvr ?
