If I set my camera's frame rate to 20, do I need to change it in BI to match or will changing it to something different in BI cause a problem? I guess I'm not understanding the difference between the camera's frame rate setting and BI's frame rate setting and whether or not they always need to be the same or not.

So if BI's frame rate is 1 and the camera's is 10, it won't affect it? Why is it there if it doesn't matter?

It's a legacy setting...see release notes...it will automatically adjust regardless of what you set it to...
