camera losing connection?

Hello guys, i got the Revotech i706-2, 1080p @25fps with Hi3516C+OV2710

but i have some problems i'm using ethernet cable and the camera randomly disconnect from my nvr software, i don't have this problem with my other IP-camera

it wont last long, one second and the image is back but it's painfull to have something that don't works as it should, do you have an idea of what can cause this problem?

As an experiment, maybe try another cable. Is it self-made or pre-made?

i will try to switch the cables

i have fixed the problem, it was due to high CPU usage by others applications on the server.. i was mining on it
