This may not be the right place, but I just noticed that I have a camera that is no longer getting video. It appears to still be on the network because

1. I can still see the network date stamp.
2. I can ping the camera
3. It shows up when I refresh the SADPTool

When I go you the logger, I am seeing a couple messages that have: FORCE quitting altthread, FORCE quitting webthread, drawthread, camthread, ptzthread, and capthread.

I attempted to reset it through BI, but no luck getting video back. The camera is and Hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-IS.

How can I go about troubleshooting?
