I have BI installed with 9 maneras, but my ACTi E816 cameras are not recording video. The jpg recording is working.

I have it set to continuous report, and have motion detect in BI turned off to save CPU.

Any ideas? I have some other cameras (A different ACTi model and a Reolink) where record to disk appears to work, and cannot find any settings differences.

The record directory: (the camera in question is "riofleb" - note no video files stores

I would delete the camera in blue iris and then add it back. If that does not resolve the issue try different options for the h264 profile
Also not that motion detection in blue iris uses negligible amount of cpu. You wont be able to discern the difference.

Blue Iris support (Ken) tells me it is a lack of key frames, and suggested I change to "Main Profile". Can you see anything I am missing in the below camera setup? Interestingly, my original settings worked just fin in the ACTi proprietary NVR software.

Also, how does one tell what error the yellow triangle at the top right of the video indicates - or is it alwasy "no key frames" ?

Lol turn your motion back on it’s not using “almost anything for cpu” it’s best to know when someone comes on your propert. if you want to save cpu use substreams , direct disk ,ect.
