Camera Surveillance In Leu of Legacy Security System

It's a completely unreasonable idea... There are many threads here that discuss this... The camera system should supplement a proper alarm system.

Thanks, I've been digging into this and I see what you mean. I'm looking at a Vista 21IP for an already hard-wired house with window and door sensors. I like the idea of tying in glass breakage and smoke/heat/co alarms. Any comments on this system and any gotchas with buying a used panel?
