Camera Upgrade Advice

Hello,
I have been using the following cameras for about 7 years, and recently I've been experiencing occasional image loss and issues with the IR sensors. I’m looking to upgrade to newer models. I really like the features of the Unifi cameras. Could you recommend any Dahua or Hikvision cameras and NVRs with similar features?

Unifi cams are subpar compared to Dahua or Hik cams.
The best all around camera at this point in time is THIS.
