cameras network not working

i have around 7 ds-2cd1043g0-i that are not working
first they work normally for few days , they are activated , updated , etc .. then only the poe works without network ( no ping , no stream ,no SADP )
if i connect directly to my pc while using external power adapter , the infrared leds turn on but still no connection
what can i do or check ?
there is no shock whatsoever as they are connected to ups and hikvision poe switches

Did you assign static IP's to all cams?
Are the cams plugged into a POE switch or POE NVR?

That would be normal if the PC used DHCP.
The PC will have a 'self-administered IP address' on a different segment than the cameras.
Check the camera's status with SADP when directly connected.
It doesn't care about IP addresses.

Locate Hikvision brand cameras within the same network, including their IP address and port.

What wiring standard was used - assuming these were not pre-built cables.

one of the cameras was bitten by the rat .. fixed it
the others still checking
