Can I share BI camera feed with a noon BI user?

Maybe a dumb question but I would like to share one of my camera streams with a family member who does not use BI or any other camera apps.
To share must the other person also have purchased BI?

no you can stream a BI feed to tinycam
 
Couldn't you give them access to the web interface and limit the camera you want them to see based on their username in BI? "Share one of my camera streams" is pretty open-ended. Without an app, how would they process the stream?
