Cannot see the cam from outside

Teamviewer would be okay for me, i should instal this first i think, but after my latest reply, what do you think is wrong, it should be something in the camera i suppose

likely a camera setting but there are a number of things I will check...
yes, install teamviewer for onetime use...send a private message with the credentials.
Also before trying anything else, reboot both the router and the camera.

Solution: this camera was broadcasting the rtsp stream over 554. That port needed forwarding as well.
