The computer connected to the internet modem is about 1/4 mile away from where I am located.

Now how would I know from that drawing where the modem is and where you are?
Also, show the modem in drawing, please.

Which computer is the BI server?

I ask all this because it's still not clear to me, if the 2 LANs are joined by a wireless bridge, why you say in your drawing at the bottom ..."both computers have the same WAN in BI."
